• -69420 (nice²) is for all items
• You can also use ItemCategoryHash IDs to specify things like class armor and auto rifles and whatever.
• For multiple perk hashes, separate them with a space.
• You can also also enter in comma- or forward slash-separated perk names, and it'll translate (the ones I've coded for) into their perk hashes. They need to match what's in the English manifest or they'll fail noisily.
  If you're sure that the perk name it's failing on is an exact match for what's in the manifest, submit an issue or send a PR for any perks it fails to match on.
